The Battle Over Absentee Ballots [AUDIO]

Patty Lovaas, the Missoula CPA who currently has a lawsuit pending with Missoula County Commissioners over last spring's High School Mill Levy election, was denied access Friday morning by county authorities to applications for absentee ballots. I spoke with both Ms. Lovaas and Deputy
County Attorney Dori Brownlow about the matter on Friday. Those interviews are both attached.

Lovaas says more legal action will be undertaken Monday.
