State Senator Steve Fitzpatrick from Great Falls introduced SB 65 last week. The bill has already passed the Senate and is making its way through the Montana House of Representatives.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Montanans will still have the opportunity to testify remotely in front of every state Senate committee during the legislative session in addition to the normal in-person process at the State Capitol in Helena.
The Montana State Senate, by a narrow vote, endorsed a pro-gun bill on Wednesday that would allow people to carry concealed weapons on college campuses.
