Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks has announced that no fires will be allowed on any of their campsites due to Stage Two Fire Restrictions put in place on Friday.

Missoula County to impose Stage 2 Fire Restrictions on Saturday, with a wide range of activities prohibited, including campfires and smoking outdoors.

Due to extreme fire danger, Stage Two fire restrictions have been imposed by the Missoula County Commissioners.

County Commissioners voted Thursday to impose Stage II Fire Restrictions in Missoula County, effective 12:01 a.m. Friday, Aug. 28.
