If childcare can cost more than tuition at the University of Montana, and a family has two or more children that require care, they have a crisis that could last many years.

David Phillip Kaiser, 54, reported missing on June 29, spoke to Ravalli County Sheriff's detectives at his home in Victor on Monday afternoon. Ravalli County Sheriff Chris Hoffman said the search for Kaiser went regional.
