MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) — A 21-year-old homeless man has pleaded guilty to aggravated assault for his role in the death of a transient whose body was recovered from the Clark Fork River last August.
Kevin Lino, 27, the man accused of torturing and killing a homeless man under the Reserve Street Bridge in July, has refused extradition to Missoula during a court hearing in Louisiana.
Bernard Frank, a transient who listed his home as the streets of Missoula, was charged with felony burglary on Wednesday, January 15, in justice court.
