The NCAA is now investigating the UM Football program

KGVO AM/FM will be the Voice of the Griz for another six years.

Grizzly men win first All-Sports trophy in 40 years.

While the surprising news is still sinking in with much of Griz nation, the first interviews with the men at the center of the incident have surfaced.

The Flathead Valley Chapter of the Grizzly Scholarship Association is bringing Coach Robin Pflugrad, Director of Athletics Jim O'Day, and other UM staff members out to Kalispell to celebrate the Montana Football team's class of 2012. The event will run a video showing off the teams signees this year and will offer hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar to those in attendance. The event will be held on Thursday February 2nd at the Kalispell Hilton Garden Inn and Convention Center. The social will run from 5:30 to 7:30 P.M. and tickets are $10 per person at the door. The Montana Grizzlies traveled to Oregon and defeated the University of Portland, 80-65.  Montana was led by Will Cherry with 20 points and 9 rebounds.The Griz led 32-25 at halftime.  The Griz pushed the lead to 48-30 early in the second half which put the game away...

By now, pretty much everyone in Missoula knows that the Griz football team will be heading to Texas later this week for Friday night’s FCS semifinal match-up against top-ranked Sam Houston State. What many people don’t know is that most of those players have a lot more on their minds than X’s and O’s.
