In a press release issued on Tuesday by Thomas Breck, the Green Party candidate in the special election to fill the seat of now Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, the group has now appealed its cause to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is not going to force Montana to add minor party candidates to the ballot before the special election coming up on May 25th.

39 year-old Thomas Breck of Missoula is the Green Party candidate for the Congressional seat vacated by Ryan Zinke, who was recently confirmed as Secretary of the Interior.
