Man charged with assault on a peace officer and criminal endangerment

Missoula man attacked and knocked unconscious outside his home

The Missoula Police Department is currently investigating a case of assault that occurred on Tuesday, January 17th in a casino parking lot in the 1500 block of Dearborn Avenue.

The Kalispell school board has voted to suspend a Glacier High School freshman for the rest of the quarter after a hazing incident on the football bus last month. The board of trustees listened to statements from the families involved, attorneys and school resource officer Jason Parce before making the decision late Tuesday.

37 year-old Damon Evans is in the Missoula County Jail on $250,000 bond after being charged with two felonies, assault on a police officer and criminal endangerment, along with two misdemeanors.
