Smokey Skies in Western Montana Have Many Dealing With Headaches and Sore Throats
I know it isn't just me but I have had too many headaches in the past few weeks due to the smoke. Many many people I know are dealing with it as well. It just hasn't been easy, and with friends and families dealing with evacuations, and people possibly losing their homes I know it isn't a major concern right now but I thought I would share some tips on how to help when it is bad.
I am trying to drink water and limit my time outdoors where the air quality is poor but that's not easy and some people have no choice.
I am prone to migraines anyway, but people I knwow who never get headaches have been dealing with them due to the air quality. I have noticed friends with puffy eyes too and those even more sensitive are dealing with some noticeable respiratory issues.
Children and the elderly are more susceptible to worse symptoms from the smoke. We have already covered limiting time outdoors.
