MOOSE, Wyo. (AP) — Grand Teton National Park rangers are searching for a 21-year-old man who didn't return to work after a planned hiking trip.

Officials on Saturday were conducting an aerial and ground search for Rene Dreiling, who was last seen Wednesday. He's an employee of the Grand Teton Lodge Co. and didn't report for work as scheduled in Colter Bay Village on Friday.

Officials say they believe Dreiling intended to hike or climb in the Teton Range but they weren't sure of his plans. They asked for help from anyone who might have seen him or knew his plans and are asking that anyone who hiked or climbed in the Cascade Canyon, Hanging Canyon, or Table Mountain areas on Wednesday give them a call.
