Red Flag Warning Continues
The National Weather Service in Missoula has issued a Red Flag Warning for gusty winds and low humidities across the East Lolo, Bitterroot, Deerlodge, West Beaverhead, and East Beaverhead forests. This warning is in effect from 12 noon until 9 p.m. today.
Gusty winds, low humidities will peak during the height of heating this afternoon and last into the evening. This will support large fire growth potential especially with fires currently burning in these forests.
