Postseason Softball Pairings Announced

Earlier today the Montana High School Association unveiled the Class AA softball postseason matchups, dates and times.

The Eastern and Western AA conferences automatically send their #1 seed on to the state tournament, but everyone else must battle it out in a 3-game playoff series.

Here's how the Western conference playoffs shake out:

#1 Helena Capital Bruins (Bye into state)

#2 Missoula Sentinel hosts #7 Helena (Saturday, 1:00 PM)

#3 Kalispell Glacier hosts #6 Missoula Hellgate (Friday, 1:00 PM)

#4 Missoula Big Sky hosts #5 Kalispell Flathead (Saturday, 1:00 PM)

The Helena-Sentinel playoff series can be heard on our sister station 930 KMPT as our "Game of the Week". It will also be our final softball broadcast of the year.
