Wanted Man Caught With Meth in Missoula Says Pants Aren’t His
Missoula, MT (KGVO-AM News) - On April 3, 2024, law enforcement officers served an extrajudicial arrest warrant on 41-year-old Curtis Alexander. Alexander was taken into custody in the 5900 block of Frog Creek Rd. in Missoula, Montana.
Following transport to the Missoula County Detention Center, a Missoula County Sheriff’s Office Corporal searched Alexander’s person and retrieved a small bindle containing a crystalline substance from his front right side coin pocket. Based on his training and experience, a MCSO deputy identified the substance as likely being methamphetamine.
The deputy read Alexander his Miranda rights. Alexander stated that he understood the advisory. When asked what the substance was, Alexander stated that the pants he was wearing did not belong to him. According to court documents, Alexander stated that he was a “meth” user and would likely be withdrawing from substances and alcohol while in jail.
