The officer escorted Wellofman to the front of a patrol vehicle and conducted a search of her person incident to arrest. During the search, the officer located a Ziploc-style plastic bag in her left coat pocket that contained a white crystalline substance. It was consistent, based on the officer’s training and experience with the controlled substance, methamphetamine.
