As of Friday morning, Montana has confirmed 3,965 positive COVID-19 cases. Montana's COVID-19 case tracking map shows 153 new confirmed cases. There are currently 1,574 active cases in the state.

Montana reported reported 826 new cases last week and 627 cases in the past five days.

Missoula County has had a total of 247 confirmed cases and 67 cases are currently active.

According to state statistics, 2,331 Montana residents have recovered from COVID-19 and there are currently 71 people hospitalized.

The number of tests increased by 1,354 over the previous 24-hour reporting period, for a new cumulative state-wide total of 169,970.

The cumulative number of deaths in Montana is now 60. Five new deaths were reported in the past 24 hours. Since July 8, 2020, there have been 37 COVID-19 related deaths in the state.
