A 27 year-old Missoula man is in the Missoula County Jail after allegedly strangling his wife. Derek Pyette has been charged with felony strangulation.

Montana Attorney General Tim Fox reported on Monday that Montana is among the states receiving benefits from the $600 million settlement of the Equifax data breach.
