Two Missoula police officers have tested positive for COVID 19, according to Public Information Officer Travis Welsh. The two are quarantined at home for 14 days.

Missoula County experienced its second death from COVID 19 on Thursday, according to a report from the Missoula City County Health Department. The first death occurred in April.

The Missoula Health Department and MCPS presented a ZOOM press conference on Friday with several school and health officials commenting on the start of school later this month.

A Heat Advisory in western Montana today, as temperatures will soar to nearly 100 degrees with a slight chance of afternoon thunderstorms.
