REXBURG, Idaho (AP) — A 34-year-old Montana man faces at least another three years in prison for the January 2010 robbery of Zions Bank in Rexburg.

Madison County authorities say 7th District Judge Greg Moeller sentenced John H. Green
of Livingston, Mont., on Monday to five to 20 years in prison. He received credit for the 711 days he has already served. He also must pay restitution.

Green entered an Alford plea in January, saying he did not remember committing the crime, but acknowledged the state likely had enough evidence against him to gain a conviction.

Green was arrested in Bozeman, Mont., in March 2010.

At the time, he was a suspect in the robbery of a Belgrade, Mont., credit union.
