Wednesday night at about 9:30, Missoula police were called to investigate a hit and run accident at the corner of Brooks and Reserve streets.

Sergeant Jim Klowitter said the driver of one of the vehicles, a 19 year-old woman, was transported to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries.

The other vehicle was described as a light-colored mid 90’s Honda or Toyota.  It was driven by a young female between 18 and 20 year old with longer blond or light brown hair.  There were reportedly two male passengers in the vehicle.  The vehicle had a strap or bungee cord holding the trunk closed and would have sustained damage on the driver’s side.  The plate on the suspect vehicle possibly starts with 454, and was last seen traveling westbound on South Ave. from Reserve.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Missoula Police Department at 552-6300, or Missoula Crimestoppers at 721-44-44.
