Missoula Man is Arrested for Possessing Meth With Intent to Distribute
Just after 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, probation officers called the Missoula Police Department and asked for assistance at a residence in 1700 block of Scott Street. Police Public Information Officer Travis Welsh says the probation officers were conducting a home visit and determined that drug activity was taking place.
“When the officers arrived, the probation officers indicated that they had Devin Farley in custody. Farley is 37-years-old and is a Missoula resident. According to probation officers, they conducted a search pursuant to Farley’s probation status and discovered drugs and drug use related materials that led them to believe he was also selling narcotics. They recovered evidence that was later determined to be methamphetamine.”
According to Welsh, MPD officers transported Farley to the Missoula County Detention Center. Farley is currently being held for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs and possession with intent to distribute.
