UPDATE: Missing Missoula Man Has Been Found
UPDATE:
The Missoula County Sheriff's Office announced that John has been found and is home safe.
First report:
On May 24, 2022, at around 1:00 p.m., the Missoula County Sheriff's Office announced that they are searching for 44-year-old John Crepeau. Crepeau has a mustache, dark brown hair, is 5’10”, 170 pounds, and has known health conditions.
MCSO Public Information Officer Jeannette Smith provided the following statement.
"Crepeau was last seen yesterday, May 23, in the Frenchtown area," Smith said. "He is believed to be traveling on a BLUE 2009 Buell Ulysses, a cross-tour type motorcycle, license plate number 4B0982. Areas Mr. Crepeau frequents are Alberton, Petty Creek, and Roman Creek, but he is familiar with most remote areas of Missoula and Mineral Counties."
According to Smith, he was last seen wearing green or tan Carhartt pants, black and grey motorcycle jacket, black motorcycle helmet, green or tan military style backpack, and hiking boots.
