Missoula, MT (KGVO-AM News) - On May 17, 2024, Allegiant announced that they are beginning a seasonal service that would add two popular direct flights to the Missoula Montana Airport. Today kicks off the service from Missoula to Santa Ana, California. Later this month, Missoula will add Oakland, California as well. 

According to Allegiant, this is part of their latest seasonal expansion in 66 cities across the country. Allegiant says its leisure-focused business model builds its schedule around vacation seasons, making air travel to world-class destinations convenient and affordable. 

“Anticipating accelerated travel demand, we are excited to bring back these seasonal routes for passengers to enjoy some of our network’s most popular destinations just in time for summer vacations,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant’s chief revenue officer. “Allegiant’s affordable, all-nonstop flights allow customers to spend more time in their destination without the hassle of layovers or connections.”

The seasonal routes from Missoula, Montana via the Missoula Airport (MSO) include: 

  • Santa Ana / Orange County, California via John Wayne Airport, Orange County (SNA) – beginning May 17, 2024. To book this route, click here.
