Now that the Lower Miller Creek Road roundabout is fully established, Missoula County will begin the Upper Miller Creek Road improvement project starting next Monday, June 11th. The project will be completed in two phases, starting at Mockingbird Lane and heading up Upper Miller Creek Road.

Missoula County Director of Public Works Greg Robertson says the entire process should be completed by the time school starts in the fall. The road will be widened with new bike lanes on both sides, and sidewalks on one side of the road. The project will widen the road all the way up the hill to Linda Vista Boulevard. Robertson says the county will make every effort to accommodate residents in the area to provide access and egress to their homes. Comments from Robertson can be heard by clicking below.
