A Nevada man has been convicted of killing his girlfriend in Montana even though investigators have not found her remains. A jury in Billings deliberated just over two hours on Wednesday before convicting Gregory Scott Green of deliberate homicide in the September 2018 death of 49-year-old Laura Johnson. Key evidence included a store video on the night prosecutors believe Johnson was killed showing Green with an abrasion on his face. Video from a neighbor's surveillance camera showed Green carrying a heavy item out of the house covered in a blanket. A sentencing date has not been set.
