Lady Griz Tournament Champs!!!

The Lady Griz beat host and number 1 seed Portland State Saturday afternoon 62 to 58 to claim the Big Sky Conference Tournament Championship. With the win, the Lady Griz advance to the NCAA tournament. Parings will be announced Monday afternoon at 5 pm. Robin Selvig's crew did it the hard way, they had to win 3 straight games on the road. Montana entered the tournament as the number 4 seed..then beat Idaho State, Northern Colorado and Portland State to claim the title. Senior Stephanie Stender was named tournament MVP.
