Jadyn Fred Foundation Benefit at the Axmen [AUDIO]

The Axmen will be hosting a benefit for the Jadyn Fred Foundation on Saturday, August 18th during their 4th annual Montana Big Green Egg barbeque festival. Marketing Director Amanda Shoemaker said all proceeds from the event will go to the foundation, which provides financial assistance for transportation, prescriptions or medical procedures not covered by insurance.

The Jadyn Fred Foundation was established May 25 ,2001. Jadyn was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 3. Her condition, Pancreatoblastoma, was only one of two clinically identified cases of its type on record.Her parents noticed how many other families needed help with expenses other than those covered by insurance, and established the foundation in her memory.
