This has to be one of the most adorable and inventive ways to help people find their lost dogs, and we can't get enough of it.
If there is one thing that always tugs at our heartstrings, it's a lost pet. These furry friends are part of your family; nothing can ever replace their unbridled joy when they see the people they love.

Finding a lost pet can be a difficult task. Some folks put up lost pet posters, and typically people will post on Facebook or check their local shelter to see if they were dropped off. Sometimes animal control can help, but not always. Luckily, there may be a better solution; one that's both helpful and entertaining.
In Glendive, Montana, the local police department has been using its Facebook page to help owners find lost pets. In addition to spreading the news about a lost pet, the Glendive Police Department loves to give funny descriptions about each dog they find. Check it out.

The Glendive Police Department gave this little guy one of the best write-ups for a black lab puppy we've ever seen. They call the dog a wild bandit who likes to run around in a snowy white powder substance; no wonder he couldn't sit still for a photo.
You have to appreciate the Glendive Police Department's creativity; they found a way to have fun with their social media while helping those in the community find their lost pets.
I hope this little buddy was picked up by their owner and is enjoying lots of treats this winter. He looks like quite the character.
