While not eager to pose for the camera, there was no fussing about it either.

That helps sum up the personality of the lovely Cheyenne, who paid our radio stations a visit as this week's guest on Take Me Home Tuesday, sponsored by our animal-loving friends at Paul's Pancake Parlor.

Janet with the Humane Society of Western Montana introduced us to 3-year-old Cheyenne, who Janet describes as a gorgeous "torty," with those amazing tortoise shell markings and bushy tail. She is quiet, loving and curious, but not overly so.

ANIMAL CONTROL OVERFLOW

Cheyenne came to the shelter by way of Missoula Animal Control. Her owner, who had several cats, developed some health issues and had to give them up. Animal Control is currently full of cats, so the Humane Society took some of the overflow.

Cheyenne has been in a home situation since she was a kitten, which has helped shape her calm demeanor. She is spayed, vaccinated and ready for her new forever home now.
