Is it gravel or gold?

We'd opt for the latter with news this morning that one of our favorite country acts in Montana is coming back to Missoula, with Dierks Bentley returning to Garden City, this time with an outdoor show.

Logjam Presents announced this morning that Bentley's "Gravel & Gold" tour, named after his 2022 album, will be swinging through on Sunday, August 4th.

One of Missoula's favorites

Bentley has been a concert favorite here in Montana for years, with regular shows since he broke out 20 years ago with his smash "What Was I Thinkin' ". Most recently, his 2022 show had been postponed a few months but turned out as big as ever when he played the Adams Center in September that year.

This will be the first time he's played the Kettlehouse, giving fans a great outdoor venue on the banks of Blackfoot River on a summer evening.

An electrifying performer with dozens of hits

Bentley is known for his high-energy shows, built around two decades of hits like "Drunk on a Plane", "5-1-5-0", "Sideways" and his standout album "The Mountain". "Gravel & Gold" features great collaborations too, with Ashley McBryde, and bluegrass standouts like Billy Strings and Sam Bush. He has a long list of awards to his credit too, including CMA, CMT, and Academy of Country Music accolades.
