The restaurant business is not an easy business. We have seen more than one shut down just recently in Missoula. We have heard the story about Denny's closing. We have heard the story about the Empanada Joint closing it's doors. There is a restaurant space that is currently up for sale.

The Missoula Restaurant Has Made Changes

There have been some changes in the last year at Scotty's Table in regards to their service. Last September they made the decision to no longer serve weekday lunch or weekend brunch. They continue to serve dinner on Wednesdays through Sundays.

In The "Heart Of Missoula"

The space that currently houses Scotty's Table is for sale. It is offered by Ink Realty Group, Carroll Anne Sowerby and Justin Philbrick at $2,659,000 for the space. According to their description of the space this is what is offered.

Located downtown in the heart of Missoula in the lower level of the Historic Wilma Theatre this commercial restaurant space is being offered fully equipped including FF&E and a restaurant beer and wine license. This location has been a successful Missoula restaurant for the past 15+ years. Nestled along the Clark Fork River next to the vibrant Caras Park which is host to a variety of festivals and events drawing over a half a million people each year. This condo unit is being offered as a turn key restaurant yet has endless possibilities for your business imagination within the CBD-4 zoning district. The interior features hardwood floors, high ceilings and tall windows overlooking Caras Park. A cozy upstairs balcony dining area adds to the charm and offers valuable overflow seating.
