HELENA, Mont. (AP) — A 30-year-old Helena woman has pleaded guilty to two felony charges for a drunken driving crash that killed one passenger and injured another.

The Independent Record reports Brandy Lee Dullum pleaded guilty Thursday to negligent vehicular homicide while under the influence and negligent vehicular assault.

Dullum was charged after a Dec. 9 rollover crash on U.S. Highway 12 east of Helena that killed 31-year-old Devon Richetti and seriously injured Leeann Stobart. Prosecutors say Dullum's blood-alcohol level was 0.233, nearly four times the limit at which a person is considered legally drunk.

District Judge Kathy Seeley scheduled sentencing for June 14.

Dullum was charged with felony criminal endangerment last week after her speeding car crashed into a pickup on Interstate 15 north of Helena on April 25, causing a rollover that injured her passenger.
