Tulsi Gabbard ‘Fell in Love’ With Montana, Supports Sheehy and Trump
Missoula, MT (KGVO-AM News) - Former Democratic Congresswoman and Presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii appeared on the KGVO Talk Back Show on Tuesday to share her experience with Republican former President Donald Trump at Arlington National Cemetery to honor the 13 U.S. military personnel who were killed at Abbey Gate three years ago in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Gabbard began by stating that she fell in love with Montana many years ago.
Tulsi Gabbard Said She Fell in Love with Montana
“I just want to say how much I love your state,” began Gabbard. “I come from a beautiful state and was there in Montana for the first time a couple of months ago, and from the moment I stepped out of the airport, I fell in love with your state and the majesty that Mother Nature has provided there. So I look forward to coming back at some point.”
Gabbard shared her experience with former President Trump at the ceremony.
Gabbard Joined Donald Trump at Arlington National Cemetery
“I had the chance to be with President Trump at Arlington Cemetery in the morning, where he joined a few of those Gold Star families and some of the survivors of Abbey Gate,” she said. “We spent a few hours there with these families, with their loved ones and their friends, mourning the loss of their loved one and honoring their sacrifice, both of those Marines, but also of their Gold Star families they left behind.”
She then brought the Presidential election into the conversation.
“It really was a powerful day for me just as a person, as an American, as a soldier and a veteran, to announce my endorsement of President Trump yesterday, given how we spent our morning,” she said. “Because really that's what is at the core of the choice before Americans in this election. This is not just about your typical Democrat versus Republican election. The choice before us as Americans, it is between freedom and peace versus tyranny and war.”

Gabbard Said She is Hopeful for a Second Trump Presidency
Gabbard was asked about her hopes for a possible second Trump presidency.
“I look forward to President Trump being able to walk us back from the brink of nuclear war that the Harris Biden administration has put us into,” she said. “They have us embroiled in multiple wars around the world, and I know the cost of war. I saw yesterday President Trump's sorrow and grief that he shared with these families. He knows the cost of war and the heavy responsibility that a presidential commander-in-chief carries.”
Regarding the U.S. Senate race between incumbent Democrat Jon Tester and his Republican challenger Tim Sheehy, Gabbard said the difference between the two is clear.
“Between Tim Sheehy and Jon Tester; I've gotten to know Tim and similarly, he stands for peace and freedom,” she said. “He knows very well the cost of war, and I have no doubt he will be a voice of courage and truth against the military-industrial complex in the US Senate.”
She said Tester will follow the policies of the current Vice President.
“Jon Tester is just like Kamala Harris,” she said. “They will choose to vote against our freedom and against our liberty and for war if it helps them gain political power, and that's a very dangerous person to have in our government.”
Gabbard then criticized Vice President Kamala Harris and urged listeners to support Donald Trump in the November General Election.
