If you've seen the various Oktoberfest events happening in town and were thinking "This is good, but it just doesn't have enough bikes!", then I've got good news!

The second annual Biketoberfest is set to take place at Bayern Brewing in their Biergarten on Saturday, September 21st from 4 to 8 PM. Motorcycle enthusiasts in town are definitely going to want to check this out. Here's all the details you need, from their Facebook event page:

Join us for our 2nd Annual Biketoberfest in the Biergarten! We will have the parking lot lined with bikes, live music, beer and the popular pig roast plate!

Various motorcycle dealerships will be on hand and the Poverello Center, Inc. will be doing a raffle to win a rebuilt Kawasaki. See details below.

'A group of Missoula motorcycle enthusiasts are working on rebuilding a 1974 Kawasaki KZ400 motorcycle donated by a Poverello Center board member into a custom cafe racer / brat bike. Clark Industries and Harrison’s Auto Body have donated powder coating and painting for the bike and Mort Olson, a local custom motorcycle builder and Veteran, is taking the lead in putting it together. Many other local motorcycle enthusiasts are lending a hand to make this custom motorcycle a reality.

Over this summer the Poverello Center will be selling raffle tickets with the top prize being the custom Kawasaki. Proceeds for the raffle will go to support the Poverello Center’s services for Veterans experiencing homelessness. Each year the Poverello Center serves over 100 individual Veterans in our two transitional housing programs, Valor House and Housing Montana Heroes, as well as in the general emergency shelter. Veterans receive housing, food, as well as wrap around services including case management, therapy and housing navigation.'
