Constitution And Common Sense

When it comes to expenditures made by the government I hear the comment often that the Constitution is being violated. I say that society has decided these expenditures must be worthy because we continue to make them. If we are going to cut government spending and get a handle on national debt I say lets have a constructive discussion on what we want to do without or what we are willing to fund privately. Pretty easy all in all. Your thoughts?
