The Sheriff's sale for the MacClay property that includes land on Lolo Peak that was once proposed as a major ski area is scheduled for tomorrow, February 22nd, on the Missoula County Courthouse steps. I spoke with Friends of Lolo Peak board member Daphne Herling on Tuesday afternoon about what the group wants to happen to the public land surrounding MacClay's property. That interview is attached.

Court records say MacClay's outstanding debt on the land is over $23 million dollars.
