City Council to Request Coal Train Study [AUDIO]
Missoula City Councilman and Congressional candidate Dave Strohmaier says he, along with other city councilors will request an environmental impact statement regarding the coal trains that would be rolling through Missoula from the mines in eastern Montana.
Strohmaier says he has heard from his constituents about coal dust, traffic delays at rail crossings and other problems related to the increasing number of trains hauling coal to ports in Washington and Oregon. Comments from Strohmaier are below.
