Ashley Loring HeavyRunner Featured on ABC Nightline News

Another Montana Missing/Murdered Indigenous woman caught the attention of the national news last night when Ashley Loring HeavyRunner was featured on ABC's Nightline news. Jermain Charlo's case was recently covered on the A&E program 'Live PD.'

Ashley was just 20-years-old when she went missing from the Blackfeet Reservation in the summer of 2017. Her family still doesn't have any answers, my heart broke again for them as I watched their clip. "In Indian country, everybody knows somebody...a sister, an auntie, a mother...that was murdered, or went missing," advocate Roxanne White states during the news clip, and sadly, it's all too true.
