An interactive sculpture by Missoula artist Mike Golins will be placed outside the new city's new parking structure at the corner of Front and Pattee streets. A selection committee put together by the City of Missoula's Public Art Committee chose the piece called "Go With the Flow", for its ability to emphasize the relationship between downtown Missoula and the riverfront.

The sculpture is made of metal and has moving parts to capture the viewers attention and draw them closer to see that it is a large wave that arches over the sidewalkand invites people to walk under, around, and to sit on it. Golins will fabricate the work and install it this October in time for the opening of the new parking structure.
