Amended Pot Bill Sent Back To Governor

The legislature wrapped up late Thursday night with a flurry of activity around Senate bill 423, the medical marijuana bill. Senator Jim Shockley of Victor says after a combination of committee and subcommittee meetings, the revised bill was sent back to the governor.. 

Shockley says Schweitzer has 10 days to act on the bill once it reaches his desk, but he speculates the Governor might have a decision as soon as this Monday.
