Amber Alert Issued For Missing Billings Child – PHOTOS

The Billings Police Department has requested a Missing Endangered Person Advisory for 5 year old Maripoza Halbert.

Maripoza is in the care of the State of Montana and is believed to be in danger. She is a white female, 3 foot 5 inches tall, 39 lbs., with brown hair, brown eyes and a light brown complexion.

Her non-custodial mother Velia Collins was granted a weekend visit and has not returned the child. Velia has a history of drug use and is reportedly en route to California. She may be in the company of Maripoza's non-custodial father, Cory Halbert, a violent drug user.
