Alert Neighbors Thwart Car Break-Ins [AUDIO]

Alert neighbors in the Spurgin Road area called 9-1-1 early Monday morning to report suspicious activity regarding a 17 year-old girl. When Sheriff's Deputies arrived they arrested the girl on suspicion of theft. I spoke with Sheriff's Department Public Information Officer Jason Johnson about the arrest on Monday morning.
