GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) — A woman and her former husband are charged with selling her father's property and using his credit cards without permission while he was jailed in Great Falls.

The Great Falls Tribune reports Amy Grace and Dustin Grace are each charged with misdemeanor theft and felony deceptive practices.

Amy Grace's father, Michael Waycott, was jailed on March 4 after being involved in an overnight standoff with police, who reported Waycott fired a gun at them. Waycott was charged with assault on a peace officer and criminal endangerment. He was released on bond on March 11.

Prosecutors allege that while Waycott was jailed, Amy and Dustin Grace sold an electronic fish finder and a video game console from Waycott's residence and made $1,900 unauthorized purchases using Waycott's credit cards.
