But no one knows what that decision is quite yet . . .

In the meantime here are the big indicators as to what the court will decide:

1. On Intrade prediction market the majority of bidders are putting money down (literally, it's a gambling site) on the likely odds that the Individual mandate will be overturned. On Thursday before the Supreme Courts verdict the odds were 71% in favor of the mandate being shot down.

2. In a mid-June poll conducted in coordination with the American Action Forum and Center Forward, Purple Strategies found that a majority of Supreme Court clerks and attorneys felt that there was a 57% chance of the individual mandate being overturned. Nearly all of the questions asked of the clerks and attorneys led to greater skepticism after hearing the oral arguments.
