Thursday from 9 am till 1 pm at the Missoula City Council Chambers on West Pine Street, the public will get a rare opportunity to be a part of the decision as to which engineering firm will receive the bid to design and build the long-awaited Russell Street Project.

Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Missoula Bruce Bender says the two firms, WGM Group, and Morrison-Maierle, Inc will unveil their plans to a selection committee, and then have a question and answer session following each one-hour presentation. Bender says the main feature of the plans will be the new Russell Street Bridge and how it will connect with West Broadway. Comments from Bruce Bender are below.
