Robbery, Criminal Endangerment Charges [AUDIO]

29 year-old Jason Obresley is being charged this afternoon with robbery criminal endangerment after allegedly stealing several power tools from Montana Ace Hardware, then, when attempting to flee the scene, nearly ran over a store employee. I spoke with Deputy County Attorney Shaun Donovan about the charges against Obresley, the likely penalties if convicted, and the amount of bail he plans to request from the court. That interview is attached.

Donovan says because Obresley is already charged with violating probation from an earlier sentence, and because of the seriousness of the charges, plans to ask for $100,000 bail.
