Rick Hill recently released his plan on how to deal with the booming population of wolves in Montana. Hill's plan calls for multiple new management techniques, but the one that most people are talking about is the division of the state into two separate wolf management zones; one called the  "aggressive management zone" and the other labeled a "no tolerance zone." Wolves that cross into the no tolerance zone would be at risk of being shot on site at any time of the year.
