Police Look for Prerelease Walkaway in Helena

Police are searching for a 25-year-old inmate who walked away from the Helena Prerelease Center.

Authorities say Dakota Mykel Bone went missing on Friday.

The Independent Record reports that Bone is deemed an escapee and wanted on an arrest warrant.

The Montana Department of Corrections says his criminal record includes burglary, criminal endangerment and criminal possession of dangerous drugs.
