Police Find Abducted 4-Year-Old, Mother Arrested

Police in Twin Falls have arrested the mother of a 4-year-old boy who was taken from his father's house.

The Twin Falls Police Department says 28-year-old Stefanie Contreras was arrested Wednesday night in Hailey. Police say her son, Brandon Bearce, was found unharmed.

Contreras is facing burglary and kidnapping charges.

Police say Contreras entered a house with two other men Wednesday morning and took Brandon. Officers say shots were fired during the abduction.

The two other men are in police custody.

Both are facing several charges, including burglary and kidnapping.
