Montana Musician Running For U.S. House Sings New Campaign Song, Talks Politics

Musician Rob Quist, of Mission Mountain Wood Band fame, is on the campaign trail in Montana, running for U.S. House with a new campaign song and a willingness to chat about politics.

Quist is running as a democrat and is hoping to get delegates to pick him in the primary. If he wins, he will then have to get votes from the public in a general election. Quist and others are racing to take the seat currently held by congressman Ryan Zinke, but which is expected to be vacated when Zinke becomes the new Secretary of the Interior.
