56 year-old Nathaniel Walter Webb was charged in Missoula justice court Wednesday with two felonies, criminal endangerment and assault with a weapon.

Missoula County Sheriff's Department spokesman Jason Johnson says deputies have had numerous encounters with Webb recently, from obscene and threatening phone calls, to criminal mischief by driving through a fence. But Johnson says the 'straw that broke the camel's back', was when Webb became angry when his new roommate moved out on Christmas Day.

Webb allegedly rammed his vehicle into his roommate's camper. When deputies responded, Webb would not exit the truck, so they had to forcibly remove him. They placed Webb under arrest and then discovered a sword on the front seat.

Webb was charged with criminal endangerment and assault with a weapon, both felonies, as well as misdemeanor reckless driving. He will face another felony charge at a later date for his third privacy in communications offense. His bail on that charge was set at $50,000.

Judge Karen Orzech set bail at $100,000.
